When did Faith become a dirty word?  My relationship with Christ is central to who I am, yet I find myself deeply perplexed by extremes of Christians and non-christians alike - the vocal few and the silent many. 

To my surprise we're encouraged to bring our faith, scripture and prayer in at christenings, weddings and funerals. If our most sacred rituals and rites are ok why must faith be left at the door in our work, play, laughter, celebration, learning and sorrow?  Our culture is troubled at best…wouldn’t allowing faith and freedom to have an everyday voice bring some much needed peace and joy into the picture?
