Pacific doesn't really count as part of the search, it was more of a different search but lovely nonetheless. It's a fabulous little place that meets at an elementary school in Yaletown - make me think of how sometimes the most lost people are those that have the most...when you have more money than God you don't need him right?
Anyway, back to Pacific, reminded me so much of home, a gym with great music, fabulous biblical preaching (complete with Lord of the Rings clip) and wonderfully friendly people. It was a nice little interlude in our journey - and I'm very grateful to them for the great sunday worship, and the Wednesday night Alpha course I visited with a friend.
Good people...blessings on them. In the meantime, I begin to think that my searching is coming to a close. THere is something about travelling, especially when you don't have a home to return to that makes you crave that more than anything.
